So I am finally able to add a post! I have had VBS all week and I did not realize how busy I would be with the kindergartner's. This was my first year to teach and I loved it! Camdyn also loved going to "cool", as she would say.
Well with that said....we put Camdyn in her "Big Girl" bed Monday night! I was so nervous thinking that she would not stay in the bed. To my surprise, she loved it! She loves crawling in her bed throughout the day and says "night night"! The first night she only got out of the bed once to knock on the door and we put her back and she was out in no time! In the morning we woke up to her talking and noticed on the monitor she was not in her bed. We slowly opened the door and saw her in her rocking chair reading a book! So cute!!
During nap time she will crawl out, I think since it is light out, to play with her blocks or read a book and then crawl back into her bed on her own to go to sleep! Today however I saw her get out of the bed and heard some talking. I continued to clean house just waiting for her to get back in bed. After a couple of minutes I check the monitor and she was not in her bed. I went into the room and she was sleeping by the door. I guess she couldn't make it to the bed!!
